Refund policy

We are currently offering an exchange only policy at Sonno Haus.

By making a purchase from our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

To make an exchange, you must return your item(s) back no longer than 14 days after the item is delivered. All items must be received back in its original state and adhere to the following:

• Tags are in tact and not damaged or removed 
• No signs of wash/ wear
• No stains/ marks or odours

To make an exchange, please email info@sonnohaus.com with the following:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to exchange
• Exchange request/ reason for your return

We'll then be in touch to provide a returns address.

If the item you wish to exchange is now sold out we'll issue a credit note of the same value, please email info@sonnohaus.com with your enquiry and we'll get back to you within 5 working days.
